Office Information

Quality and Comprehensive Dental Care – At Precision Family Dental, we provide our patients with quality personalized dental care through patient education, attention to detail, conservative approach and thorough communication between Dr. Ransom, our staff and our patients.  We strive to make your first and subsequent experiences with our office as comfortable and as pleasant as possible as we move toward the shared goal of optimal dental health.  We are devoted to providing the best dental treatment for each patient for the long term – in a relaxing, compassionate and positive environment.  Dr. Ransom looks forward to getting to know you and your family and talking with you about your oral health and learning about your expectations for your smile.

Education and Credentials – As your dental health professionals, we want you to be confident in knowing we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians.  We are committed to meeting and exceeding our annual continuing education requirements and we stay up-to-date on all the latest technologies, procedures and techniques by attending dental lectures, symposiums, conventions, meetings, etc.  Continual learning allows us to provide our patients with the best service and state-of-the art dental care.

Start them Out Young – We do see children of all ages.  We understand they may feel scared about their first dental visit, which is why we treat our younger patients with extra care and sensitivity.  Having a positive dental experience is so important as it paves the way to a lifetime of good oral habits.  Our younger patients look forward to picking out a surprise from our treasure chest of toys at the end of each appointment.

Safety and Cleanliness – To protect our patients and ourselves, we are up-to-date on all the American Dental Association (ADA) Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommended standards for cleanliness and safety.  You never have to worry about cleanliness of our office – our sterilization equipment is monitored weekly.

Patient Education – We want you to be aware of all your treatment options so you can make a well-informed decision about your oral health.  We do that through patient education and individual consultation.  We also make it a point to stay up-to-date on your medical history, blood pressure, current medications and allergies – all factors that play a role in your dental health and treatment – as more and more life-threatening illnesses are being linked to the presence of dental disease.
